IPC PAYMENTS UI & UX DESIGN
IPC Payments is a startup that provides POS systems and payment technology solutions for a wide range of businesses. When I joined the project, the company already had an established brand identity. My role was to translate and elevate that identity into a cohesive web experience while improving usability and navigation across the site.
I focused on creating a clear, approachable structure that allowed users to quickly understand IPC’s offerings, regardless of their technical background. The goal was to improve clarity and ensure the site supported both the company’s objectives and the needs of its users.

STRATEGY & UX
One of the main challenges of this project was arranging complex services in a way that felt intuitive to various users. IPC serves audiences with differing levels of familiarity with payment systems, which made clarity and hierarchy essential.
To address this, I restructured the information architecture to simplify how content was grouped. Navigation and page flow were streamlined to make it easier for users to find relevant information quickly, while content layouts were designed to be easily scannable without overwhelming the viewer. Throughout the process, I relied on UX principles to ensure the experience felt straightforward and accessible.
